Cozy two bedroom camp located right on Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy quiet evenings grilling out on the deck over looking the water. A perfect place to access beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee with a private dock with room to tie up one boat. Three season camp. This is a rustic, no frills camp, with bi fold windows. If the wind blows while it’s raining you’ll get the full camp experience with a light mist and a little water trickling inside. It’s all part of the rustic camp experience. The beds are comfy, the loons are dreamy, and the view is spectacular. Equipped with gas fire place and electric heaters for those cool nights. Have a few extra guests? Two futons located in the living room that can quickly be made into beds. Pet friendly camp with bedroom and bathroom linens provided. Easy access to rental boats and Marina facilities as the camp sits alongside the historic Goodhue Boat Company Meredith. One of the oldest Winnipesaukee marinas since 1919.

Cabin was uniquely set right at the water’s edge with great sunrise views. It was private from next door marina activities, which only occurred during daytime work hours. The private dock was very handy. We encountered another boat that docked there late at night but Cody quickly responded and had the marina staff move it the next morning. The cabin was decently clean. Please note the living room has no curtains for those who plan to sleep on the futons.

This was our second time staying there. It is a charming lake camp feel to the place with boat dock and boat launch right there. Also great that it is dog friendly. We ran into an issue the first day with loss of power that did not come back on until 10pm. No fault of the owner. Town wide issue. When it came back on however no water. We texted the owner at 10:30 at night on the holiday weekend. They responded immediately and within an hour resolved the issue. Thank for for great service.

Wonderful time at the Lake

This was a very nice cabin. Great location on the lake with a nice dock for the boat. It was definitely a camp feel but had everything we needed and great for our dog too. It you are looking for a peaceful get away I would highly recommend

Cabin on the Lake

We were there for bike week and it was perfect for us. A nice little cabin about ten miles away from Weirs Beach, quiet and right on the lake. I would 100% book again.

The pictures don't do this place justice

We had an absolutely incredible MDW at the cabin with our two dogs. It was chilly, so we were worried about the temps in the cabin, but Jessie got the fireplace going for us and there were SO many giant blankets available for curling up. We did nothing all weekend but look at their incredible view, read, play their tiki toss and chess - it was absolutely magical. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, there were blackout curtains and table fans... absolutely lovely! Cannot recommend enough and hoping we get back soon! Thank you Jessie and Cody!

The perfect lake house getaway!

The cottage was the epitome of the perfect lake getaway! We couldn’t have been more thrilled. The house was everything we wanted. We spent almost all day on the deck overlooking the water. If that wasn’t our favorite view, then the view from the huge windows in the living room was a close second. The house was clean, well equipped and perfectly decorated. Our hosts were extremely helpful and very quick to respond with any questions. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Lakeside Getaway for Friends & DogsWe stayed here with another couple, each bringing our dogs, and it was absolutely perfect! The location can’t be beat—right next to a marina, where we loved watching the boats come and go, and we even spotted a few loons. We brought our own boat and had an incredible time exploring beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.The cabin itself was adorable—cozy, well-stocked, and had everything we needed (and nothing we didn’t). My dog swam from sunrise to sunset, and our friends’ dog even learned to swim during the trip. The setting was peaceful, the lake was gorgeous, and it was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun.Our host, Jessie was cheerful, helpful and super fast in responding to any messages. A true ray of sunshine!We can’t wait to come back!

Great Lake Getaway

We enjoyed our stayed at the cottage. The description and pictures accurately depicted the home. It is in need of some TLC and areas like the deck could use a good cleaning. However, the house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The views through the front windows were absolutely amazing the sunsets and moons were incredible! We rented a pontoon and docked it at the house. We were able to use our kayaks right from the cottage and our dog enjoyed swimming at the cottage. We enjoyed the activity at the boat basin it was fun watching all the boats come in and out. We loved the house and would definitelt stay again!
