Enjoy a comfortable stay in this unique, separate, studio guest apartment, newly constructed/remodeled, just 2.5 miles from historic, charming downtown Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Roomy guest accommodations contain 1 queen bed, desk with chair, loveseat, TV, DVD player, mini kitchen (with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, electric kettle, and sink) and separate bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks. Additional queen size air mattress available upon request. Guest accommodations are on second floor, 640 square feet, over detached garage, accessed only by full set of private stairs.
Guest accommodations are adjacent to the main house. Great country view of gardens, field and sunset. Wifi and air conditioning equipped, linens provided. No pets, no smoking on premises (indoor or out). Many nearby restaurants and shopping in downtown Chagrin Falls, as well as beautiful parks and trails for hiking and biking, nearby golfing and boating, kayaking. 45 minutes to downtown Cleveland, and Lake Erie, 30 minutes from Middlefield, 25 minutes to Beachwood/Legacy Village.

This was a beautiful place and was even bigger than the pictures portray! It was VERY clean, quiet and cozy. Your own parking spot, easy directions, private space, your own key. There are 17 steps upon entry as it is located on a second floor. The wood paneling was so cute and the ambience at night with the lighting was so cozy. I highly recommend this place and if I ever need to go back to Cleveland I will definitely look at this place first! This was located about 30 minutes from Cleveland. The host was responsive, check-in was super easy, pictures are accurate, and the area felt very safe (very nice homes/neighborhoods). Highly recommend! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Another Perfect Stay

I can’t imagine a better place to call home for when I visit my Dad down the street. Very close to the vibrant and charming downtown area of Chagrin Falls. Peaceful, private, and beautiful surroundings. Carole is really the quintessential host, providing everything you may need for ultimate comfort. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

This location is beautifully kept! So clean and lovely. Looks brand new. Set in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The host made check in so easy and provided so many nice conveniences to make our stay more comfortable- tea, coffee, snacks, waters in the fridge, shampoo & conditioner, paper plates and bowls. We were only in town a couple of nights but we would 100% return if ever in town again. Location is about 25 minutes from Kirtland where we were visiting. Location is close to downtown so easy to find great restaurants

Perfection

This place is something out of a story book! I had a wonderful stay (solo). Just a few miles away from historic downtown Chagrin Falls and same for anything you might need. Impeccably clean, private, and I felt very safe, which was important to me as I’ve never stayed in a rental property before and was traveling alone. The bed, bedding is very comfortable and the kitchen and bath updated and well appointed. I truly hope to stay again the next time I’m in town. Thanks Carole!!

Quiet and quaint retreat

From the second you hit the driveway you know its gonna be a great stay. It is peaceful, private and certainly clean. Everything looked like it was being used for the first time. Sunsets were beautiful and wildlife roaming nearby added to the charm. We spent mornings sipping coffee on the covered patio and evenings grilling there as well. We would 100% stay again, super close to the cute little town of Chagrin Falls. You will not be dissapointed.

Beyond excellent!

This place was spectacular. The space was very roomy, comfortable, clean, quiet, up-to-date, and beautiful. The host was friendly and went out of her way to be welcoming and accommodating. We were there for the eclipse and there was a clever, space-themed snack basket waiting for us (Sun Chips, mini Milky Ways, Eclipse gum, etc.). Communication was great. There is no room for improvement b/c this place is perfect!

Chagrin Falls guest studio apartment

This was one of my best VRBO experiences! The apartment was amazing...clean, quiet, extremely comfortable and convenient. The host went out of their way with beverages and food options in the kitchen, chocolates on the night stand, binders of menus for local restaurants and outdoor activities, very nice bathroom/shower, very nice and comfortable furniture. I would not hesitate to stay again, and highly recommend this to anyone wanting a positive and comfortable VRBO experience.

Total privacy, beautiful views, thoughtful attention to detail, brilliantly stocked kitchenette, a work area with plenty of plugs for laptops and phones, television and cable options, good water pressure with sensitive temperature controls, additional pillows and blankets in the closets, plenty of hangers, ability to adjust heat, lovely design features, an abundance of natural light. private area to enjoy the landscape, close to a delightful town. Quiet, wonderful stay

Stayed for 2 nights on our way from Colorado to Virginia. Great location to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the charming town of Chagrin Falls. Above garage apartment was clean, well furnished, and even better than the description.
