The house is lovely, clean and large enough for a crowd. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath which was great. Owner was very responsive and overall it was a great stay.

Home away from home

So glad we could stay!

My group of friends, husband, and I rented this house out for our time at Gen Con. Kathleen was very informative and we were very happy to have our own homey place to come to after a long day at the convention center.

This home was a great spot for our family while in town for my son’s wedding. We had room to spread out and the number of full baths was especially helpful for all in getting ready for the weekend events. Owner was responsive and made us feel welcomed to her beautifully updated rental home. There is a bit of street noise but is mitigated with use of sound machines. We had a really lovely stay.

Dance Weekend Stay

Kathleen was an amazing host and very quick to answer any questions. We stayed with children and a big group and this house checked all the boxes for us. It is a little noisy with the road, but host tried to help with sound machines. This was one of the best houses I have stayed at with cleanliness. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Family Time

Our family loved that the home was decorated for Christmas. We were in town for a get together and a Colts game just prior to Christmas. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. Only complaint is that there were pumpkins rotting on the front porch and near the back of the house.

Wonderful updated house right in the heart of everything!

The house is absolutely amazing! Everything top to bottom are updated and gorgeous. Every room has its own bathroom, plenty of space to hang out too. It’s 5 mins from the children’s museum as well as any stores. The outdoor area with a fire pit made the entire trip even better- we roasted marshmallows with the kids at night! We would book again at this location & plan to! Owner was very kind and they made sure the house was stocked. Check out process was fabulous- was able to leave without doing too much!

Supercross racers

We had an awesome time at the supercross race held at Lucas Oil Stadium on 2/6/21. Kathleen was awesome! She was extremely helpful with questions and suggestions for restaurants in the area. She gave complete instructions for check in, check out, and where things were stored in the house. She also left us welcome gifts and snacks! We had a great time, and slept well in the comfy beds! Thank you for an amazing experience Kathleen!! Can’t wait to visit Indianapolis again!

Updated, Spacious Home!

It was clear that the property has recently been updated. There were many newer appliances, décor, etc. Although there were a few very minor details that had not been done yet (i.e. handle on the pocket door), nothing was a major issue. The house was more than enough space for our large group. Each bedroom had a full bath, there were two full kitchens and a bathroom in the main living space. The garage and outdoor area was also a great hang out space! Plenty of parking for our trucks. The location was a short drive into a downtown. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling, especially with a larger group.

Great place for a family trip to Butler

The house was perfect for our family (7 adults, 1 teen) to stay when visiting my nephew at Butler. It's only 1.5 miles from campus so super convenient for running back and forth. The house itself, was great for a big group with 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and a kitchen that is great for cooking and just hanging out. Everything was spotless and personally, I appreciated the extra fall decor to make it feel like home. The only thing to be aware of is the house is on a busy street that cars feel compelled to race down. The parking and yard are in the back so the busy street isn't an issue outside of the noise and in most of the bedrooms, you can't really hear it. Kathleen was great with communication and accommodating when I asked for an early check-in. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and she is definitely one of the best owners. We hope to be back next year.

First time in Indy

We are VRBO "frequent flyers." This would rate in our Top 10 all time over 3+ decades of rentals. Probably one of the best equipped and stocked home we have stayed in all over the USA. We had two issues during our stay, a chirping smoke alarm and a lock out of our own actions. Both handled promptly with a phone message/text. Kathleen was a joy to work with. The only drawback is the Indy PD needs to run some radar or the City needs to install speed bumps on 38th Street. Thanks for a great stay.

Friends weekend

The house was perfect for 6 people. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was great to cook in. Lots of room. If the weather were nicer would of definitely gone outdoors around the fire pit. Our host was perfect she gave us information on places to eat and nearby grocery stores. We definitely want to come back here to stay to experience the whole property setting. Thank you !
