Through the Looking Glass is a luxury farmhouse cabin filled with glass windows to look out into Broken Bow, Oklahoma's wilderness. The glass cabin was completed in October 2020, and has a deck outlooking an open courtyard with several outdoor activities and split buildings for spacious living with family and friends.

Through The Looking Glass is a three-bedroom plus bonus room cabin that accommodates up to 12 people. It is perfect for families to get away and enjoy the outdoors. Inside you'll feel the warmth and coziness the moment you walk in. The spacious living area boasts floor to ceiling windows to bring in beautiful bright natural light. Comfortable furnishings allow you to rest as you watch TV or read a book next to the fireplace. The dining table seats six with extra four seats at the bar. A beautiful full kitchen with granite countertops is perfect for those family meals. Through the Looking Glass sleeps 12 people with three bedrooms and extra bunks in the game room. In the main house, you will find one king bedroom, Living area, and kitchen. In the second house, you will find two king bedroom suites and a game room. Each king bedroom suite has an attached bathroom. Two bathrooms offer a walk-in shower while the other bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. There are also two sets of bunks in the game room with full-size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. The game room includes a poker table, several games, and a pool table—multiple large flat-screen TVs throughout the house and patio.

Through the Looking Glass Cabin offers a large covered back porch that connects the two buildings. The patio includes a fireplace, a propane grill, a table to enjoy a family meal together, and multiple places to sit and enjoy your coffee. The cabin also offers front porch seating. The outdoor courtyard provides lots of fun with a playground, bocce ball, latter ball, yard Jenga, and much more. Want to enjoy a campfire, there is a fire pit perfect for cooking your smores.

House was nice but beds are terribly uncomfortable and pillows so flat. There was hair in the master bed that didn’t belong to our family. This cabin could use a few updates for the price.

Overall our family had a great stay at this property despite some communication issues with the property manager. The owners themselves are lovely people, directly reached out several times throughout our stay, and even mailed an item back that we forgot on departure. Location is close to everything in town, quiet neighborhood and very private. Perfect setup for families with separate living spaces. Docked a point on cleanliness bc although house was surface clean, crew could focus on deep cleaning (dust, toothpaste spray on mirrors, etc). The property manager's communication follow through and tone could use improvement (had difficulty reaching her by phone, then she seemed more interested in arguing the position that the AC had been working and cold prior to our arrival, than getting it running and cooled down for the small kiddos in our group). All in all it was a fantastic stay and Broken Bow is a wonderful family destination.

Overall this is a nice cabin. Lay out is perfect for two families with lots of room. Owners were quick to respond. The cabin could use a deep clean. There were several issues I did bring to the owners attention while we were there. They did offer to send someone to clean. I cleaned what was needed for our stay. The outside grill was falling apart and very dirty, they did send someone to clean it. The grill needs to be replaced completely. The cabin is currently up for sale and I think by the looks, it is definitely showing signs of neglect. I would stay here again after a good deep clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The layout was great. Outdoor space was relaxing and cool with lots of shade. Quite neighborhood with lots of wildlife to watch.

Fairytale Cabin

This place was unreal! So beautiful and so much space! My kids felt like they were in a fairytale (their words)! It had so many amenities, we could’ve just stayed there all day! We plan to come back with some more family just to share this beautiful place!

Family Vacation

This place is amazing. We had (5) 17 year old boys and (2) 21 year old girls. It was great that they all had their own space. Super clean and plenty of bathrooms. Lots of things to do at this great property. I highly recommend it. We will definitely like to stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and had all the things needed for a great stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there were a few housekeeping issues but nothing that affected our vacation. Natalie was fantastic to work with and I would recommend the place for sure.

My family and I stay here for Christmas and the cabin was very nicely decorated and the hot cocoa bar was perfect! The host was quick to respond. The only thing was the cleanliness could be better. The towels were still dirty and the rooms.

Beautiful stay

This was our second stay at the property and if we are in the Broken Bow area we will stay again. Property owners Natalie and Corey are just super❀. I gave cleaning four stars b/c window looking out to the deck from the main house was pretty dirty. Face of the dishwasher hadn’t been cleaned and the bottom cabinet had food on it. Having said that I’m sure these items will be corrected and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

we loved the outdoor space and our family loved cooking out under the beautiful lights during the fall evenings! The property is cozy and perfect for family games and quality time for all ages to enjoy. The only thing that needed to be addressed was the hot tub which had a foul smell and appeared to need the water drained and refilled with fresh water
we did not have a number for the local property manager to address this issue. However, the property is very nice and I would highly recommend this property !

Excellent cabin in Hochatown!

The cabin in Hochatown was in a great location and the cabin layout was perfect for our family trip. The outdoor space is great for kids and adults and there are several activities to do at the cabin itself. The other building has a game/bunk room and two large bedrooms that are nicely appointed. We celebrated my mom's birthday there as a family and she absolutely loved it along with the rest of the family. We are already planning our next stay and will definitely return here!

Friend’s getaway

We loved the house. Especially the game room! We had a very good time. Some suggestions would be suppling washcloths in the bathrooms. Our bed didn’t have a top sheet. Not a big deal though. I fixed the rubber around the refrigerator door. There are 2 broken windows in the living room. I promise they were broken when we got there. One is shattered and located above the front door. The other looks like a rock or a small bullet hit it. It is located to the left side of the front door if you’re standing outside looking at the front door. The housekeepers could do a better job cleaning. The ceiling fans and some other surfaces are caked with dust. I know this is completely out of your control, but thank goodness someone brought Tylenol because we all needed it after traveling on that gravel road. We were thankful for the game room because we wanted to travel that road as little as possible. I don’t mean to be complaining. We really did have a great time. These are just things that could make it even better and I wanted to make sure you were aware of the broken windows.

Great House For All Ages

This house had everything we needed for our group ranging in ages from 11 to 75. The game room house was perfect for the kids to sleep on the bunks and the adults to have their own bedroom and bath. The older couple took the beautiful bedroom in the main house as they were early risers and didn't have to wake up those sleeping in the bunks. We would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing cabin-will be back!!

We've stayed in so many places and have never seen one so well appointed and stocked with every kitchen item, towels, blankets, and extras before. The main house was perfect and smelled so nice upon arrival. The main master is truly something to behold. So romantic and cozy but spacious. The bunk room and game room was the main hang out besides the deck and both were a huge hit with the 6 kids. The other two bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. All showers and baths worked so well and we appreciated it after days on the horses and in the water! We had the best time and everything was so great, we never had a need to bother the owners, but their communication on the front end was super clear and helpful! We hope to be back to the cabin soon!

We have loved spending time in Broken Bow for over ten years! We have enjoyed tent camping in the state park, trout fishing, and kayaking the river. Many of our favorite memories including milestone birthdays and holidays have been spent with family and friends in Hochatown!

After spending so much time in the area we began the search for the perfect property for us. We loved the layout of this property because it gave us space to enjoy with our family and friends while giving everyone their own space to retreat to. The courtyard and back deck offer privacy and room for lots of fun while enjoying the peaceful wooded area. Our favorite part of the house is the large windows in the front. You get beautiful views of the tall Pine trees!
