The apartment has been through updates since the original build but it’s not a new renovation and you will find some imperfections in the plastering and the flooring (tiles and carpet), etc. The kitchen cabinets are old with imperfections. Also the fridge and stove are old but everything is in great working condition. If you are looking for a slick newly renovated apartment please look at our other listings. However if you are looking for a very spacious, clean place in a convenient downtown location knowing there are a few imperfections you’ll find this to be a great affordable stay.
