This charming condo is the perfect home away from home in Whistler, offering community access to a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness room, and a ski valet in the lobby of Cascade Lodge. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, you'll delight in coming home to great views, a gas fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining space that's perfect for homemade meals and nightly board games.
Cascade Lodge is ideally situated at the gateway to Whistler Village, with the free local shuttle bus stopping directly in front of the lodge and the ski lifts less than a half-mile walk away. While many make their way to Whistler for the prime winter skiing, there's plenty of fun to be had in warm weather as well. Visit the local lakes, including Alta Lake to the west and Green Lake to the north, to picnic, swim, fish, or get out on the water in a canoe, kayak, or boat. For the ultimate thrill, race across the treetops suspended from a zipline with Ziptrek Encounters (home to one of the longest ziplines in North America), just a little over half a mile from your door.

Pool & Hot Tub Closure
Monday, October 20th, to Friday, October 31st, 2025, the Pool and Hot Tubs will be closed for an essential boiler replacement project.
The pool and hot tubs are outdoor facilities at the Cascade Lodge. For the safety of our guests, heavy snow, cold temperatures, and/or icy conditions will determine if the pool and hot tubs are available.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Ski shuttle details: For skiing, guests can take the complimentary local bus (#4 - Marketplace) which picks up on the opposite side of Northlands Boulevard (next to the underground parking under Quattro restaurant)
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
