BEWARE...The cabin is beautiful and in a prime location this is true however the owner started out being very communicative. Prior to arriving we were forwarned about the hot tub not working but someone would be out by Monday ASAP. Monday afternoon we left and enjoyed some of the attractions with the expectation the hot tub would be working and fire pit with smores would conclude night as promised to my son. IOnce we arrived home we check and the hot tub would not power on. We contacted the owner again and Ms. Carmean stated someone would be out in the morning. Approximately 11am the maintenance guy shows. He takes the hot tub apart and states that he had been out prior and water was near the electrical components. He would try to seal to correct the problem but it may shut off again. We left enjoyed the day and came home on Tuesday to attempt again. We tried around 930p by 1022 we had exited the hot tub 3 times due to it cutting off every 15 mins. We finally called it a night with much disappointment. We were then told that someone would be out again in the morning, which was unfortunate because we checked out at 10am Wed. When communicating with the owner on compensation for non use of the hot tub we were told we would only be reimbursed 100 on a 1600 that was paid. Once Ms Carmean received our the communication was gone. When we booked the cabin the photo of the hot tub next to the fire pit was what sealed the deal. After several attempts WE WERE IGNORED
