Newport Island home with dock and sunset patio

This cozy 3 bedroom vintage home is located right on the canal in Newport Island and is perfect for a fun-filled family vacation! The look and feel of the house is quintessential to Newport Beach and its patio makes and ideal spot for sunset BBQ's or simply relaxing the sunloungers or patio furniture watching the world go-by. With the beach only a 3 minute walk away and a private dock to go paddleoarding, you won't run out of activities too do in this fun and lively area!

Newport Island is primarily a residential area and is considered a secret gem in Newport Beach.

The kitchen is spacious with an oven, stove stop and microwave. There is a dining table for six guests.

The living room has a large comfortable couch and two oversized soft chairs. You will feel like you are in your own movie theatre with the 80 inch TV in the living room.

There are 3 bedrooms - the master has a king with a canal view and the other two rooms have one queen bed each.

There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower/tub and the other with a full sized shower.

There is Spectrum Internet and Apple TV in two rooms. Please use your own Apple ID to login.

There is a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

There are fans in each bedroom but there is no air-conditioning. There is a central heating system.

There are 2 parking spots in the driveway!

We have 4 beach chairs & an umbrella you may borrow.

There is a Duffy on our dock but it is not part of the rental nor do we own it.

There is a back studio and garage but those are occupied and not part of the rental.
