Welcome to The Creek House at Britannia, a newly built private guest house located in peaceful Britannia Beach. Surrounded by mountains, ocean and forests and only 10 minutes from Squamish and 40 minutes to Vancouver or Whistler. Enjoy an adventurous getaway in a luxury modern space.

This three story property comes with a ducted heating and air conditioning system with individual controls in each room for personalized comfort. Equipped with two private bedrooms upstairs featuring brand new, luxurious memory foam queen beds. With large windows allowing tons of natural light and views of the treetop canopy's of the surrounding forests. Also featuring black out blinds for a comfortable sleep and a daytime shade option for ultimate privacy and natural light at the same time. (Please ask if you have any questions about operating the blinds)

Also located on the top floor is a spacious full bathroom with deep soaker bathtub! Fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and make up wipes are all included in your stay.

The main floor is a cozy open space featuring a sectional couch that converts to a full sized pull out sofa bed, a side table with lamp to set the mood and a 60 inch HDTV with a fire stick for streaming and a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s. Adjacent to the kitchen, this floor also features black out blinds so any guests on this level can also get a comfortable sleep.

Fresh linens and pillows are included for each bed with your stay. The sofa bed linens are located in the pull up storage area in the couch.

Perfect for sleeping 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Sorry no pets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. There are a total of 6 counter height stools available to allow for maximum seating around the spacious 6’ island. This kitchen features brand new high end appliances including an induction range with oven, multi function microwave and large fridge/freezer with a built in ice maker. It is stocked with all basic dishes and cutlery, wine glasses, mixing bowls, strainers, pots/pans, rice cooker, blender, baking dishes and cookie sheets. A non stick pan is provided for your delicate items such as eggs!!! There is a keurig coffee maker with both regular and decaf coffee pods and also a single cup brew coffee maker with fresh ground regular coffee beans. A toaster, kettle and waffle iron are also available for your use. Tea, sugars, olive oil, avocado oil spray, salt and pepper and a few other spices are also included.

In suite washer and dryer are located on the bottom level and include laundry soap, stain remover and fabric sheets, should you need to do laundry.

There is a private driveway with a private entrance to the guest house. There are no shared walls and the guest house and main house are connected by only a breezeway. Which means ultimate privacy.

There is an outdoor dining table with chairs and umbrella just outside your door along with a brand new full sized weber BBQ.

Quiet time is between 10pm-8am
No parties, no events, registered guests only please

You can access the guest house via the private driveway on the east side of the property . You can enter via door code and you are welcomed to use of the entire guest house, basement laundry facilities, private driveway and outdoor space located just outside your door. This property is located in the heart of Britannia Beach so about 1Km up from the sea to sky highway just after taking a turn at the light into Britannia Beach.
