By far, this is the best place we’ve stayed at in Myrtle Beach, and I’ve been going for over 20 years! We loved how close the ocean was, the amenities and pool options at the hotel, and that it was safe! It’s in a gated community, so we felt very comfortable there. Absolutely recommend!!

Great place to stay

I liked the location and close to the beach. Kiley the owner is amazing. Any issues we had were taken care of right away. I would definitely be back and stay in one of Kiley’s properties.

Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Kiley was very responsive. Clean rooms and very close to the beach. No complaints. I will definitely book again.

Our family stayed in this 2 bedroom condo. It was exactly as advertised. We were able to walk to the beach, and the pools were nice as well. Very comfortable.

Great Place to Stay!!

We traveled with 5 kids ages 7-15 and the condo had plenty of space to sleep all of us comfortably. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The condo was very clean and Kiley was more than helpful our entire stay. The walk to the beach was short. The beach itself was beautiful. We had a wonderful time!

Great!

The location is great and there were plenty of luggage carts which was awesome! The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen but make sure to bring enough beach towels! There were a couple chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella in the closet. The patio was nice with lots of chairs to sit and enjoy the weather. Overall great place!

Nice place

Clean. Great and immediate response from Kiley during keyless check in. Lots of pools. This is a gated resort. We had to pay $20 at the gate for a parking pass. No biggie, but worth noting.

Great Location

The location is great and the host was very easy to contact. The place itself is decent, kitchen was a bit rough- no hand towels, oven mitts, the pans were pretty wore; however, when I mentioned it to the host she was happy to replace if I had told her while we were there. If you stay, definitely bring everything down to the salt, there is nothing there.

Visiting with family.

This condo was in the perfect location to be able to visit my sister and her family that were camping at Lakewood. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. I was a perfect weekend. Kiley was able to be reached easily, either by phone or text when I needed to ask a quick question. I HIGHLY recommend this place. :)

First time using VRBO

This was my first time using VRBO or this type booking process and was a little nervous. Kiley the host put me right at ease and was very responsive to all of my questions before booking, during and even after my stay. The accommodations were as expected and in a good location. It is situated between two large camp grounds so there were plenty of people around to meet. There are lots of pools and areas for the kids to play. We had to shorten our stay by a day and Kiley was very gracious about that. We will probably be back next year.

I asked the owner of the property to send me the code to the door and everything the day before and they told me chicken wasn't until 4:00 they would send it the next day I waited around until 4:20 and finally had to message again to get my code to the door on entering the door floors look like they needed fixing lights was out of some of the fixtures the two sliding glass doors would not lock they had to wedge something in those even though it was on the third floor I have seen people crawl into them so we had to worry about that the TV in the living room was right above the Wi-Fi modems and when you go to watch Hulu or something free like Roku TV internet would not stay connected long enough to watch a movie so we never got to enjoy the TV for some reason the thermostat would reset itself you would set it to the temperature that felt good to you and then get back up and it would move from 69 to 70 to 76 all by itself then you'd have to go back and reset it we could definitely use a little renovation chair at the table leg fell of one of them an curtain was coming down in the middle of sliding glass door in the kitchen area bed slept well in the location was good but with the lights not working like they should it was kind of dark in the room itself in the living room that is location itself was in a good spot close to two of the pools and walking distance

We booked this property to stay while moving my daughter back to college. It was a little far from campus but I wanted a place near the beach in case we had any downtime. The host was very responsive and seems nice but I’m not sure how often she visits the property because it needs lots of work. I hesitated to leave this review but need to be honest about my experience.There were some things that she did address immediately but others I didn’t even notice until it was time to check out like moldy mattress covers and dirty cabinets. The condo provided a place to rest at the end of the day, we pretty much just slept there and didn’t use the kitchen or facilities. The whole resort needs major renovations. If I was staying for a beach vacation I’d be disappointed. It says it sleeps 7 and I notified the owner there’d be 5 of us but there were no sheets for the pull out sofa. She did offer to send some via instacart but they never showed up so we just used blankets that we brought ourselves. The listing also advertised shampoo and beach towels were provided but there was no shampoo and only a single beach towel. Again, we weren’t there for a beach vacation so never needed the towels but might have gone at least once if more were provided. Upon leaving the property there was a man in the lobby trying to sell pens and bananas that he had on a table as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. Sketchy! It was less expensive than others so I guess we got what we paid for.

family vacation

The property has a pool and snack bar directly off the beach for those who like to spend time by the pool after beach time. There is also a family friendly pool area with lazy River and grilling areas on the side of the building away from the beach. The property is located nearby to Walmart, grocery and fast food options as well as Murrels inlet for seafood and Broadway at the Beach for evening entertainment. The condo itself is clean and exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. The temperature control allowed for keeping the condo cooler than most places I’ve stayed which is rare. The kitchen has plenty of individual to family sized pots and pans as well as microwaveable dishes. There is a utility closet with broom and dustpan to keep the sand off your feet indoors. There are also a couple of beach chairs, sand toys and a boogie board in case you left yours at home. The balcony has hooks to hang towels or bathing suits and chairs. I can’t speak highly enough of the responsiveness of the owner. We had asked if an earlier arrival was possible. She texted as soon as the cleaning person was done cleaning from previous tenants so that we didn’t have to wait until four. During the visit we had a few questions that arose and she quickly responded and offered answers/solutions. This is a great deal for a small family with children. The lower bunk our toddler could easily climb in and out of. The upper bunk bed was a treat for the 10 year old in our family.
