Neu renoviertes Stadthaus mit Granitküche, neuen Ahornschränken, Echtholzböden, Schieferzugang und Marmorbad. Unser offener Wohnbereich verfügt über gewölbte Holzbalkendecken, einen Holzkamin für die Winterzeit, einen Gasgrill auf dem Balkon für die Sommerzeit und einen großen Fernseher (mit Roku, nur zur Verwendung mit unserem Netflix-Konto oder Ihrem Streaming-Konto). - kein Kabel) zur Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Für diejenigen, die nicht alles hinter sich lassen wollen, haben wir Wi-Fi. Wir kümmern uns um diejenigen, die ein schönes Zuhause schätzen, sich wie wir um unser Zuhause kümmern und Wiederholungsmieter werden.

Dieses gemütliche Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad ist perfekt für Urlauber, romantische Paare oder kleine Gruppen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen TV und einen Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Rollbett. Die Couch im Wohnbereich verwandelt sich in ein Kingsize-Bett. Dieses kinderfreundliche Haus bietet Spielzeug, Spiele, Kinderbücher und Videos.

Die Mieter haben Zugang zum Clubhaus, das über einen Swimmingpool (vom Memorial Day bis zum Sommerende geöffnet), einen großen Whirlpool (ganzjährig geöffnet), Duschen und zwei Saunen (für Sie und Ihn) verfügt. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten des Clubhauses zählen ein Billardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte, Tennisplätze, ein Grill- und Picknickbereich sowie ein Kinderspielplatz.

Eingebettet zwischen hohen Kiefern und umgeben von Granitblöcken befinden wir uns in Lake Village, etwa 1,6 km von den Casinos und der Gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort, 1,6 km vom preisgekrönten Golfplatz Edgewood und 3,2 km vom Strand entfernt . Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt in den Wald, der im Winter zum Langlaufen und im Sommer zum Wandern und Radfahren einlädt.

The host was amazing with communication. Everything was as described on the listing. The parking was great. The only downside was the HOA only allowed 10 people in the hot tub so we had to wait our turn. There is a crockpot in the property which helped me so much with cooking for family. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I appreciated all the extras the host provided

Perfect quiet location

I was here to complete a swim of the length of Lake Tahoe (21.3 miles) so this was perfect for me and my family. Very quiet, easy communication with property manager. Nice kitchen to prepare meals versus having to eat out and find food appropriate pre-swim. Overall great experience

Excellent communication. Received a video prior to our arrival showing us how to use the portable a/c unit. Video was very much appreciated. Unit is only a few miles from a Safeway that has a Starbucks, and the casinos the other direction. Amenities of the clubhouse were a hit with my 6-year old and my 17-year old. Clubhouse closed at 8 pm. I would have liked it to be a bit later, but not like that is in anyone's control. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing fancy, but definite value for the money. We would stay again.

Great stay!

Convenience of stay was amazing from beaches to eats. So easy and quick! Airbnb was clean and ready to use! Rooms downstairs which was nice for the summer time. It got cool at night which was much better with the rooms downstairs. A couple of hiccups but the host was quick to respond with a solution. Look forward to staying here for future family vacations!

The property has a great location near a major grocery store and the turnoff to drive up to the Nevada ski lifts. Most importantly, the host , Jovita, was extremely responsive to some things that we needed assistance with and accommodated us with an early check in.

Perfect for a small group

Cozy condo close to everything. 10 minutes to Heavenly, under an hour to Kirkwood, Mt Rose, Palisades, etc. Jovita was very responsive throughout the process. Lots of room upstairs on the kitchen/family room. Note, the clubhouse (hot tubs/sauna) is drive from the condo, at least in the winter.

Cozy winter escape

Lovely time staying at the lodge. Conveniently located near the south village, cute little housing village. Comfy beds, heating worked well, good bathroom, we enjoyed meals at the dining table - had everything we needed for easy meals and dishwasher. Easy to find and easy check in process, parking was fine (though couldn't see the slot under the snow). The driveway was very icy though and the house is down a short path from the parking, could do with gritting or clearing - or a stronger tool so we could clear it ourselves. Thanks!

Decent & a good value

Jovita's place had everything we needed for our three-night stay. It was conveniently located near Heavenly. The apartment was a little date, but it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The fireplace was nice to have. The living room was a bit dark. We had some minor issues which were addressed quickly. Communication with Jovita was excellent. Our son enjoyed playing pool in the clubhouse (which required a short drive to another part of the Village).

Everything good but the air conditioner doesn’t work well

Thisis a good place to stay when you go to South Lake Tahoe with family. Good communication, big space for kids to play, you have almost everything you need in the kitchen…. But the Portable Air Conditioner doesn’t works well, as at a not very hot day, with the AC running, the room temperature is about 79-80. Yea, everything good, but hot.

We diagnosed the problem after you checked out. The vent in the portable A/C was closed, so air was not flowing out. We have since given specific instructions to our guests to make sure it is open, and they have not had any problems with it. Other reviews here say that the portable A/C works well.

Convenient and comfy

Private condo community. Location was 3-7 min drive to everything- grocery/shopping, casinos, beaches. Easy & fast communication with property manager. Preferred to have an attached carport or garage to the unit as our luggag/baby equipment required multiple trips to the parking lot area. Like a previous review had stated, the unit is a lil worn down but had all the comforts of home. Considering the location, convenience, comfort and price- very good option for small groups.

Nice townhome, good location, great value

As others have noted, this townhouse is a bit dog-eared, but overall, we were happy with it and found it to be a great value. The wifi was fast and stable, which was much-appreciated after coming from Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone (no wifi anywhere!). Portable A/C was upstairs only (BR's lower level) but bedrooms were never uncomfortably hot due to perfect Tahoe weather. Unit is quite close (couple miles) to S Tahoe casinos, restaurants, etc. In fact, i think this is probably the closest development on NV side to city of South Lake Tahoe. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, Jovita was a responsive and helpful host (offered early check-in when we inquired, although we did not need it...), and we would recommend/stay again.

A great location

Overall the location on Tahoe Lake was perfect for us. The check in instructions were weird, we never made it to the official "office" to check in, but apparently that doesn't matter. The space itself could use some updating, it seemed dark and not very "homey". The curtains the host has as window treatments and as dividers in closets and pantries really need cleaned - they were visibly dirty. Overall, it met our needs of a place to stay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Clean and Convenient Location

Overall we enjoyed the stay. It’s clean and convenient location. The owner is very responsive. The reason I gave 4 stars is that We could hear the neighbor on the other side of the wall at night. And the bathroom door makes noise. The water doesn’t go down quickly in the bathroom sink If you plan to cook, bring your own ingredients. There are some vegetable oil and salt and pepper. Anything else you need will need to bring in.

I'm wondering if you were hearing people from your own group (you can hear the upstairs if you're in the downstairs bedroom). The other side of the wall is a vacant investment property. We also would have loved to hear from you if you had issues during your stay. The drainage issue with the sink was quickly remedied when a subsequent guest alerted us to it during their stay. As for consumable items, we do not provide them due to health and safety reasons.

As advertised

It was as advertised and gave us a place to stay over the busy holiday weekend. Not too far from South Lake Tahoe action. After being strictly warned about parking and we could receive a hefty fine if we don’t follow parking rules, we came home most nights to find someone else parked in our assigned spot. We left a note as the owner suggested, only to find a different car there the next night. The owner was good about responding to us and trying to help..

The threat of a hefty fine (imposed by the county) was only for failure to place the parking pass on the dashboard and for parking outside the designated parking lot. Our reserved spot was assigned by the homeowner's association (not the county) for convenience only. There are approximately 20 other open parking spaces in our designated parking area (like the one right next to our reserved one). All the parking spaces are conveniently close to the condo (we are on a loop and the parking spaces are in the middle of the loop). This guest had no problem parking in another space, as there were plenty of open spaces. Unfortunately, we cannot control where other people park (again, there are no fines for parking in a particular slot). I’m not sure why this is an issue, given the multitude of parking spaces.

Vacation

When we got to the property it had not been cleaned. That was hard after traveling 1900 miles. We called property owner and she had the housekeeper come. It was pretty late in the evening and we were tired so we cleaned until she got there and continued to clean to help her as we felt sorry for her as she was very apologetic that it was not clean. I felt like the property owner should have been a little more apologetic for us coming into her place so dirty. The house was accommodating enough for what we needed after we sanitized and cleaned.

Due to the housekeeper's scheduling error, she did not clean prior to the guest's arrival. However, she arrived within minutes after I talked to the guest. I have since retained a different housekeeper. I tried to atone for the error by way of refunding the cleaning fee and giving one free night. I did not realize I was not being apologetic enough, so I offer my sincerest apologies again here.

Good stay, a few little annoyances

Overall, we loved Lake Tahoe and enjoyed the location of this condo relative to what we wanted to do. We also liked the complex with the pool and playground for our 2yo. It was so nice to have the in-unit washer and dryer, portable AC, and toys! There were a few small things that were annoying - the check-in process was a hassle compared to places with no-contact check-in. We had to go back to the front desk several times for car license plate numbers and parking pass things. My husband and I disagree on this point, but I felt like the condo was cluttered with some of the owner’s stuff. My husband liked having so many well-stocked items. So, take that with your preferences for what you want in a VRBO. Totally personal preference. Last thing- the maid was not the regular maid, and when we arrived, all the towels were still in the dryer and dishes were clean but in the dishwasher. The owner apologized. I don’t think this is typical of this condo.

We are a family of five who love to travel. We ultimately chose to buy our second home at South Lake Tahoe because of its beauty and tranquility. We love to play hard during the winter and summer months, and come to relax during the spring and fall. As often as we visit Lake Tahoe, it never gets old!

Lake Village is conveniently located 1/2 mile from the Edgewood Golf Course, less than one mile from the casinos and the Heavenly Gondola, and about 2 miles from the beach. It is seconds away from all the action, yet set enough away for peace and relaxation.

Lake Village offers all the amenities -- pool, hot-tub, saunas, tennis courts, children's playground, BBQ's, billiards, ping-pong. For our three young children who love to swim, the pool is their oasis. For my husband and me, the his/hers saunas and hot tub are a big plus. Lake Village is truly a vacation destination.
