Also on the main floor is the living room with a cozy fireplace, the kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Downstairs has a large family room with a ping pong table, pellet stove and sauna! Along with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside enjoy the large deck with a spectacular view! Also enjoy your very own private boat launch, private dock and private beach front. Across the road is your very own private, full tennis court with a basketball hoop, all of which is completely fenced in. The tennis rackets, balls, pickleball supplies, and basketballs are all provided. In the attached garage you can find and have full access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, corn hole, 2 bikes and an extra refrigerator. Note: We also own the house right next door that shares the dock, beach front and tennis court. We do not rent that house out, however someone from our family MIGHT be there during your stay sharing those amenities.
