🏡 House Rules
• Ava’s Cottage is available for bookings of more than 4 guests. If you would like access for smaller groups, this can be arranged upon request (additional charges apply).
• No parties or events.
• Please leave the house as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively untidy.
• All dishes must be washed and food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Please use coasters and heat protection for hot pots. Damage to the dining table may incur replacement costs.
• Check-in from 3:00pm / Check-out strictly 10:00am. Please contact us if you require alternative arrangements.
• Kindly message the host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Please take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and damage.

Waste Disposal:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Please report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
