This beautifully renovated three bedroom cottage is set among rolling hills, overlooks open paddocks and has sweeping views across Bunjil Nature Reserve.

Quiet, scenic and relaxing. You can spot local wildlife including kangaroos and soaring wedge-tailed eagles. All just 50 minutes from Melbourne and 40 minutes from Melbourne Airport.

Perfect for couples, families or friends travelling together, there are three well appointed bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 40” Smart TV, and French doors opening directly onto the front deck, split system heating/cooling

• Bedroom 2: King bed, split system heating/cooling

• Please ensure your booking request includes the correct number of guests. Only those listed in the reservation are allowed to stay unless you’ve received prior approval. Unapproved additional guests may result in cancellation of the reservation or extra charges.
• Please don’t enter the property prior to your scheduled check-in time.
• No parties or events.
• No pets (due to alpacas and local wildlife).
• No commercial photography/filming or any photo/film shoots without prior written consent.
• No flying drones as it can spook livestock/animals.
• No fires during fire danger periods or on Total Fire Ban days.
• Please make sure the fire pit is completely extinguished with water before leaving it - please do not leave hot embers unattended.
• Please don’t use the fire pit when weather conditions are windy.
• While the cottage is fully self-contained, fenced and separate, you may see residents from the neighbouring main dwelling in the next door yard or paddock area. They will respect your privacy, and we kindly ask that guests do the same by not entering the main property or paddocks.
