• The magnesium pool is shared with the granny flat occupants. They generally respect guests' privacy and rarely use the pool during guest stays, aside from occasional maintenance or when necessary.

• From time to time, the owners may attend the property for essential irrigation or grounds maintenance. Every effort is made to minimise any disruption to your stay.
