The property features large spacious living that looks out to panoramic views along the coastal walkway. Access to a patio where you can dine while watching the waves rolling in and witness some unbelievable sunsets.

Spacious master king bedroom with full ensuite, generous wardrobe facilities fitted with full length mirrors and private access out to the patio with use of outdoor furniture. There are three additional spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds.

Enjoy a spacious, well‑appointed kitchen designed for easy family cooking. It features a double‑drawer dishwasher, double oven for batch cooking, a large fridge‑freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. Plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, and serving dishes are supplied in generous quantities so you can comfortably cater for everyone.

An additional patio where you can dine, relax, and watch spectacular sunsets.

A generous, low‑maintenance backyard that’s perfect for casual alfresco living. The concrete patio is BBQ‑ready and easy to set up for family cookouts, while the remaining open area provides extra room to spread out - Practical, tidy, and flexible, the space gives you room to move.

Guest Services:

All linen and towels laundered and property is professionally cleaned prior to guest arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Our property is for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties please. The head guest must be a minimum age of 25.

Secure garage parking onsite for two vehicles. Internal access.

Location and views

Woolcombe Terrace is in New Plymouth’s East End waterfront precinct, immediately adjacent to the Coastal Walkway with unobstructed sea views. The area is a mix of permanent homes and holiday apartments, quiet outside peak holiday periods and lively in summer.

Key nearby attractions: the Coastal Walkway and sea-front parks, Port Taranaki and waterfront sculptures, the CBD with shops and cafes (within 1–2 km), local beaches, award-winning eateries, and easy access to Pukekura Park, Bowl of Brooklands and its events by a short drive or cycle.

Walking & cycling

Very walkable — direct access to the Coastal Walkway and flat promenades; short walk to cafes, restaurants, beachfront parks and the CBD.

Public transport

Citylink local buses serve New Plymouth (routes and timetables change periodically; some services and stops are reviewed perodically) — nearest stops are on main roads close to the waterfront; fare system uses Bee or regional ticketing. InterCity coach services also serve New Plymouth for regional travel.

Car and taxis

Most guests find a rental car or taxi/rideshare easiest for exploring Taranaki outside the city. Street parking and short-term parking are available nearby but check signs for restrictions.
