The open-plan living and dining area is designed for effortless downtime, featuring a plush lounge, Smart TV, ceiling fan and a light-filled dining setting ideal for shared meals. Sliding doors extend the space outdoors to a private front courtyard where a lush mini landscape surrounds an outdoor dining setting, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening meals. At the rear of the home, a second courtyard features a Weber BBQ, offering another inviting space to enjoy outdoor cooking.

The light-filled kitchen combines a clean style with practicality, showcasing an oversized 900mm cooktop, two ovens, stone benchtops and quality appliances. Guests will find everything needed for home cooking, including an espresso machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, plus a washing machine and dryer combination. A split-system air conditioner positioned in the kitchen provides cooling and heating for the main living spaces.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, generous built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and wall heaters for year-round comfort. One bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, making the home equally suited to business travellers or longer stays. The central bathroom offers both a walk-in shower and a compact corner bath, providing flexibility whether you prefer a quick refresh or a relaxing soak.

A single covered parking space is available in front of the unit, best suited for standard medium-sized vehicles, with limited street parking around the area.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
