Modern contemporary home with an inviting, open floor plan with many amenities. Lot's of updates and very clean. 3 bedrooms, King in the Master as well as a queen in each of the other 2 guest rooms. Professional sanitation cleaning company will clean the entire residence between stays. Home includes: Living Room, Dining Room, Large Kitchen with all all stainless appliances, new counter tops and LED lighting. Tv in Living Room, 40" Tv in one of the guest rooms. Please do not send mail to this address as the mailbox is locked and not accessible for guests.

Gas grill on back patio included as well as smoker to use. Excellent Wifi and cable included. All movie channels, all sports channels. You will get every game here! Check out our remodeled master bath that is incredible. 2 showers can be taken at the same time! . House has alarm for your use and keypad entry for easy access.

The host is very nice his hands off but he answers any questions that you have and I really liked that. He stocks everything there for you. It’s a very nice place and it has a very home feel to it. We really enjoyed staying there we would’ve stayed longer, but we didn’t book it for long enough for our house and we stayed there nine weeks. We could’ve stayed another two months but we didn’t know That it would be that long for our remodel so we had to find other lodging. A wonderful host and a wonderful place.

Everything is very well light out in the house and it just feels like a home away from home. And the host has some things there supplies and just things that you wouldn’t think about that you would need that he has provided so we appreciate that as well. It’s just a lovely house and a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be back. The host is super nice and very responsive. He seemed very laid-back.

The property is so well located. It’s so clean the host Nicholas is so easy to communicate with. He provides everything here that you would ever want in your home. Everything is very nice. It’s just a beautiful place. It’s so convenient. His communication is great if you have any questions he gets back with you. Nice home and location near many great amenities. Be sure to take your own face towels, they didn’t provide any, which was fine, just know that you may have to provide your own.

Great convenient location, take detailed pics of the state of the property while checking in.

The property is located in a very convenient spot where all key highway access, grocery stores, area attractions are within 15 mins. We stayed in the property for shy of 2 months ( a long stay) The Home is one level, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is functional (great for a short stay). The water pressure is low in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The check in process was smooth with a the door code. However the lock does glitch from time to time. We had to call the host once in the middle of the night to get the physical key. The host was responsive in other cases as well when the garage door and thermostat glitched. The house was not cleaned by a professional when we walked in (apparently, host's friend cleaned it) The laundry area, the oven and bathroom floors were haphazardly and superficially cleaned, there was dust underneath the furniture. The carpets in the guest bedrooms are old with random nails sticking out. We accommodated it and didn't make much of it. All went fine till we checked out, We got surprised by a barrage of extra charges for leaving the grill uncovered (we never went to the backyard and seems the cover was not secured properly in the first place and blew off in the storm- we never noticed). We cleaned the property and took photos (highly recommend doing this checking in and checking out), however were stuck with a extra cleaning charge. Overall, a good property in a great location, however check and document the state of the property before and after renting it.

This guest was upset because we left them a 2 start review for trashing our home. Please do not rent to this guest, they will trash it, damage things and then refuse to pay for them. It's guests like these that make us fearful of renting our home.

Nice Neighborhood

House was in a great neighborhood. Quiet but close to everything. Only issue is that the owners stuff was there. Garage and closets were off limits. Driveway is very steep for impaired walkers.

Great Stay in Coppell

We stayed here for the Texas Frightmare Weekend at the DFW Hyatt and this was the perfect central location for our stay. We were a quick 15-minute drive from the event site and only 20-25 minutes from all the other places we wanted to go in the Dallas area. On top of that, the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and convenient. My two friends and I had a great experience in the home. There was plenty of everything for all of us. My only recommendations would be perhaps a larger, better TV and a bit more instructions for the entertainment systems, but, those are very small potatoes. This was a great trip and staying here was a highlight.

We enjoyed our nearly three week stay in this comfortable, spacious and attractive home during a visit to Coppell, TX. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and conveniently located for accessing restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. in Coppell and the surrounding areas. Absolutely Amazing Place

We haven't decided which was more cool, the house or the art in it. EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful stay. We were super impressed. They honestly have thought of everything you need when traveling to keep at the house. We look forward to having the chance to come back. All the appliances are brand new, we are thinking about replacing some of ours with what was there we were that impressed.
