Gartenblick ruhige zweistöckige Suite nahe Parks. Klimaanlage, Warmwasser auf Abruf

We are so glad that you enjoyed our suite. Your family were our first guests with our new short term rental. We were a bit nervous but you folks made it a positive experience for us. Thank you for the great review. Hope to see you again.

Firstly, we were upset that they weren't honest about the number of guests staying in our suite. We happened to be in the driveway when they pulled in, there were 4 of them instead of 2 which they had booked. When questioned about it, she walked away saying she was new to VRBO, instead of trying to fix the situation. We had to request additional payment for 2 extra guests numerous times. When the cleaner went in to clean they had disrespected our home by someone vaping in our suite, that's all you could smell. So the cleaner had to a deep clean, due to the smell. It was clearly written, no smoking, vaping etc in or on the property. As far as the negative reviews about our beds, every other guest was very pleased with the brand new queen bed and brand new queen topper that goes on the brand new sofa bed.

It was a pleasure having you both stay here. You kept the suite very clean and tidy. You were both quiet and respectful. It would be a pleasure having you back anytime.

Thank you for your kind words and we appreciate that you left it clean, tidy and respectful.
