Diana was excellent at her communication, checking on us regularly.I found the living space to be snug although the bedrooms were big.The kitchen was equipped with the basics which gave one lots of space to unpack but would recommend bringing anything extra you may need .Overall it was quiet with ample parking and the location was great.

We found the location was close to grocery store and harbour. The property owner lived in attached living quarters in back of property. Diana is very pleasant and gave us extra hand towels and cooking pot when asked. The kitchen could have been better stocked with salad bowl, casseroles, leftover containers. Had basics -cooking pots, fry pans, dishes, basic coffee pot and toaster. 1 hand towel in each bathroom. 2 bath towel and 2 wash cloth per bedroom. Asked owner how to operate oven and didn’t know as purchased 4 months ago. The stove burner dial positions were worn off. As well the oven handle came off on one side first time opened. We fixed ourselves as owner said had video to prove was fine before we came. Feel it was pricey for what we had.

Host Response Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the location convenient and that you found me pleasant and helpful during your stay. For future guests, the home is thoroughly prepared, fully stocked with its provided kitchen and household essentials, and inspected before every arrival. We also complete a detailed video walkthrough before check-in and offer to send guests a copy in advance if they provide an email address. Several items requested during this stay were already available. We were happy to provide additional items when requested. For this reservation, the booking was for four guests, and we provided eight bath/shower towels and eight face cloths, as well as a hand towel in each bathroom. Regarding the stove, a previous guest damaged the stovetop approximately four months earlier, so we replaced the entire unit with a new Costco stove. We had not personally used it before this stay, but the manufacturer’s manual was available in the kitchen drawer. We acknowledge that the markings on the control knobs are not clearly visible and are addressing this issue. The appliances were documented in good condition before arrival. We appreciate constructive feedback and remain committed to providing a clean, well-prepared home and responsive service.
