The Landing Pad is a private, 1-bedroom waterfront studio in St Georges Basin, sleeping up to two guests. Perfect for couples and boating enthusiasts, this self-contained retreat sits right on the water with its own on-site boat ramp (suitable for launching boats up to 4m).

Accommodation & Amenities
Bedroom & Bath: Features a luxury king bed and a main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Essential toiletries are provided.

Living & Dining: A spacious lounge area with seating for six, a Smart TV, board games, and dining for two.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso pod machine. Pantry and cleaning essentials are supplied.

Conveniences: High-speed Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle A/C, hair dryer, iron, Port-a-Cot, and highchair. Note: There are no laundry washing/drying facilities.

Location: Absolute waterfront on St Georges Basin. It is 4km from the golf course, 4.5km to Paradise Beach, 4.9km to Sanctuary Point shops, and 13km to Booderee National Park.

Important Notes: The waterfront yard is completely unfenced; close supervision is required. The studio has a private entrance at the rear, though the main house on-site may be occupied. Pets are not permitted. Linen and bath towels are provided (bring beach towels).
