The Space:

The apartment features a functional, open-plan layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly. This integrated space makes it easy to cook, dine, and unwind in one central hub. Both bedrooms are fitted with comfortable double beds, offering a restful environment for up to four guests.



To keep the indoor environment pleasant regardless of the weather outside, the main living space is equipped with reliable air conditioning. The kitchen is fully prepared for daily meal preparation and includes a dishwasher to make cleaning up entirely hassle-free. Stable WiFi is available throughout the home, ensuring you can stay connected for work or leisure during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire unit.

Self-check-in is available via lockbox – access code will be sent before your stay.

CHECK-IN TIME

- from 3 pm until 12:00 AM (Midnight).

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
