We are absolutely thrilled to welcome you to our little slice of heaven here at 3 Keele Road, in Whitestone. Five years ago, we fell completely in love with this property, the towering white pines, and the pristine waters of the Magnetawan Water System, its world class fishing and wildlife. It has been our ultimate escape, and we are so excited to share it with like-minded individuals who appreciate the magic of true Ontario cottage life.

This wonderful waterfront cottage is situated on approximately 2 acres of absolute peace and tranquility in Whitestone, Ont. If you are looking for constant boat traffic, crowds, or non-stop noise, this is not the right place for you.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable layout designed for relaxation, updated with modern touches:

Spacious Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, plus a pull-out sofa in the living area for extra sleeping room.

Full Kitchen & Brand-New Appliances: Features brand-new appliances and full access to all the kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes you need to whip up cottage meals.

Climate & Comfort: Air conditioning (AC) is located in the family room to keep the main living space cool and comfortable. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan for air circulation and baseboard heating if you need to take the chill off during cooler northern nights.

Our 2-acre property offers plenty of space to unplug, play, and enjoy classic outdoor cottage cooking:

BBQ Included: Fire up the grill for your afternoon lunches or classic cottage dinners.

Waterfront Dining: Enjoy your meals right by the water’s edge at our lakeside picnic table—the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset dinner.

Outdoor Games: Challenge your family to a game of lawn bowling (bocce ball), badminton, horseshoes, ladder ball, over sized Yatzi / Connect 4.

The Water, Fishing & The Magnetawan System
Right Off the Dock: We have wonderful fishing right from the property for walleye, pike, and bass on Deer Bay.

Gateway to the "Mag" System: You have direct access to head out into the bigger waters of Short Bay, opening up approximately 20-plus miles of incredible boating or canoeing through the historic Magnetawan River system. Explore miles of scenic shorelines, quiet bays, and untouched northern nature.

Water Gear Provided: Full access to 1 canoe, 2 oars, and 2 adult life jackets to help you start exploring the waterways right away.

Exploring Local Beaches & Attractions
Located on Maple Island, you get the true, secluded island feel while still being close to local hotspots, sandy shores, and conveniences.

Whitestone Public Beach (Minutes Away): If you want to spend the day on a large, soft sand beach, the public beach on Whitestone Lake right in Dunchurch is perfect for families, swimming, and sunbathing.

Dunchurch & The Duck Rock: Just a short trip down the road puts you in the heart of the village. Stop by the historic Duck Rock for local dining, fresh baking, ice cream, and essential convenience items.

Parry Sound Amenities: If you need a major grocery run, a night out at a local restaurant, or want to explore regional attractions, the town of Parry Sound is just a short drive away.

Fresh Linens & Towels: All beds will be made with fresh, clean sheets prior to your check-in, and we provide 2 clean bath towels per guest.

Bathroom Amenities: Built-in dispensers stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchen Basics: Salt, pepper, sugar, instant coffee, and tea are fully stocked to get your mornings started right.

What You Need to Pack (Cottage Essentials)
Because we are nestled in a true nature setting, please ensure you bring the following items with you:

Beach & Waterfront Towels: Please bring your own towels for swimming at the public beach, use on the dock, or sunbathing (our indoor towels are strictly for bathroom use).

Outdoor Protection: Bug spray, insect repellent, and sunscreen are highly recommended for enjoying the 2-acre property and the river system.

Personal Hygiene: Any specific personal care or specialty hygiene products you prefer.

Fishing Gear: Don't forget your fishing rods, tackle, and a valid Ontario fishing license to take advantage of the great fishing right off the dock.
