Welcome to our villa! It’s a special place where comfort, fun, and relaxation come together to create the perfect setting for your holiday. With plenty of space for everyone, this villa is a favorite for our guests, and we’re sure it will be for you, too. Whether you're enjoying the pools, unwinding in the sauna, or experiencing the thrill of the zipline over one of the pools, every moment here feels like a retreat.



The Space



Our villa is designed with you in mind—spacious, modern, and full of everything you need for a truly relaxing stay. At over 850 square meters, there’s room for your entire group to spread out comfortably. With 10 generous bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, you’ll have plenty of privacy. We’ve also got three pools to choose from, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a family feast together.



When you head up to the rooftop terrace, prepare to be amazed by the panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Inside, you’ll find air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a laundry room with all the modern appliances you could need.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel at home. We’ve made sure you’ll have everything you need for a stress-free stay, including fast 500MB/s internet, so you can stay connected or stream your favorite shows.



For your peace of mind, we’ve set up four security cameras around the property. If you'd prefer more privacy, simply let us know and we can deactivate them.

The villa is nestled in the peaceful Rawai neighborhood, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. You’re just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Nai Harn Beach, with its clear waters and relaxed vibe. You’re also only a short drive away from Kata Beach, Patong, and 10 other stunning beaches within 11 kilometers. Plus, Nai Harn village is close by, with fantastic dining options, shops, and even massage parlors to enjoy.



There’s so much to do nearby! From elephant rides to snorkeling, ATV adventures to shopping, we can help you plan any activity you desire. Or, if you’d prefer to just stay in and relax, the villa is the ideal place to unwind and recharge.



Your Home Away From Home



The villa sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably, with 10 king-size beds and 12 bathrooms. The bathrooms are beautifully designed with Mexican tiles, and the master bedroom even features an outdoor shower under the stars—perfect for those magical moments.



We’re here to make your stay extra special, so feel free to reach out if you’d like help arranging transportation, a private chef, or anything else to make your time here unforgettable.



A Few Practical Details



To ensure everything runs smoothly, there are a few things we need to mention. We charge an additional fee for electricity usage (7.5 Baht per unit), but water is provided free of charge.



We’re always happy to assist with planning your activities, whether you want to explore the island or just enjoy a quiet day at the villa.

This villa can comfortably sleep 20 people++.



Guests have access to the entire villa. This includes 2 FULL kitchens and laundry facilities.



After check-in we interact with the guests as per request. If the guest needs our assistance with arranging tours and transport, we are there for them. If the guests do not want us to be around, they will see us again at check-out



Our area is quiet and tropical. There are a few locals in the area and ALWAYS smile. Even if you see them 8 times a day. It's the best area in Rawai.

There is no local transport on our road which is the price we pay for privacy. However, we have on-site motorbikes in the villa. Taxis are readily available to take customers anywhere. There is a printed price list of all destinations in the villa.

There is also car rental of course.

We recommend using the daily mini van service. It's all day and night. It includes driver, gasoline and insurance. The driver speaks English and knows the places to visit. It costs 3,500baht per day and you don't have to worry about the crazy traffic.

We encourage you to plan your daily itinerary, even if it means simply unwinding at the beach. Consider the type of holiday you envision, and we're here to assist with all your needs.



Please be aware that electricity in Thailand can be costly, and like all villas, there is an additional charge for it. The electricity rate is 7.5 baht per unit, and this will be added to your bill during the checkout process. Rest assured, we document the meter reading both at check-in and check-out.



Regarding water supply, please note that there is no government-provided water, and during the dry season, an extra charge may apply. The cost for a 9,000-liter truck of water is 600 baht.
