The House features two comfy bedrooms, 2 full washrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, patio access on the main floor- no stairs, making it perfect for seniors or anyone who prefers easy access. There are two additional bedrooms, living room, workspace, full washroom in the basement.

Snuggle into fresh linens, soft quilts, and comfy pillows for a perfect night’s sleep. Our bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels, bathrobes, and all the essentials, so you can pack light and feel right at home.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook up a storm with our stove featuring an in-built air fryer, crockpot, and a fully stocked refrigerator! You’ll find everything from fresh essentials to canned goods, plus a coffee and tea station for that perfect morning pick-me-up. We’ve got wine glasses. whiskey glasses, complete dishware, and all the utensils you need. Enjoy meals inside or fire up the BBQ outside. We even leave a bottle of wine for you to enjoy!

The neighbourhood is super quiet and welcoming—perfect for a relaxing stay.

The gas station nearby is two minutes away.

And when you're looking for a quick bite or something local, you're just around the corner from Subway and Little Caesars. If you're in the mood for a cozy spot to hang out, The Bullet café is nearby too.

Transit stops are just around the corner, and if you're using the bus, it takes about 30 minutes to get downtown. By car, you’re only 8-10 minutes away!

Confederation Park is just a short drive or walk away, ideal for a nature escape right in the city.

SAIT is 6-10 minutes by car, and the University of Calgary is 8-12.

Pizza Hut, Freshco, Home Sense, sushi, nail&spa, pub, a liquor store, Starbucks, ATB, BMO, London Drugs, and an indoor golf park are all 7 minutes away.

And if you need an amazing ice cream recommendation, the Village Ice Cream on University District (12-14 minutes) is a personal favourite! Also in the same area, you can find BarBurrito, Five Guys, Save On Foods, and McDonald's.

Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Namaskar (a great spot for Indian food nights!!) Tim Hortons are all 8-10 minutes away.
