Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept layout with high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a large island, spacious bedrooms, and modern finishes throughout. Whether you're visiting for golf, hiking, festivals, or a relaxing desert getaway, Casa Cantera offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and outdoor living.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry.



Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $500 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.



No street parking



Quiet Hours: 9pm-9am (No loud yelling/screaming/amplified music outdoors.)
