Our home is supplied by a private mountain spring water system.
It is naturally clean, safe to drink, and enhanced with advanced filtration and UV purification.

Occasionally, you may notice a brief drop in water pressure — this is normal and resolves quickly.
We also maintain emergency water storage for up to two weeks 🚰

Guests with sensitivities are welcome to boil water or use your own bottled water if preferred.



🚗 Driving & Arrival

After exiting the highway and entering the neighborhood, especially on the private road, please drive slowly and carefully.

• Speed limit: 20 km/h
• Watch for vehicles, pedestrians, and wildlife

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

All guests must be registered prior to check-in.
Only approved and paid guests are permitted on the property.

Additional guests or visitors require prior approval and applicable fees.



⏳ Late Check-Out Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Late departures will be charged as follows:

* 10:15 – 11:00 AM: $150
* 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: $200
* 12:00 – 1:00 PM: $300
* 1:00 – 2:00 PM: $400
* After 2:00 PM: Full daily rate ($2,000 CAD)



🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Parties, events, or gatherings
• Smoking, drugs, or marijuana
• Drones
• Fireworks or firecrackers
• Fishing without proper permission and license
• Access to restricted areas (downstairs patio, lower deck, boat ramp)



🏡 House Guidelines

• No shoes inside the house
• Dishes must be washed and put away before departure
• Garbage must be properly sorted and disposed
• The home must be left clean and in good condition

• Do not move furniture or appliances
• No indoor or outdoor fires



🐾 Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Must be fully house-trained
• Must not be left unattended
• Not allowed on beds or furniture

Applicable pet fees and deposits apply.



🚗 Parking

• Please use designated parking areas only
• Two parking spots are included
• Additional parking is subject to availability and fees



🌊 Water & Outdoor Use (Shared Space)
Available in the Summer time!
Access to water activities (kayaks, paddle boards, swimming) requires prior arrangement (minimum 24 hours).

• Liability waiver required
• Life jackets must be worn at all times



🔌 Safety Reminders

• Do not leave doors open (to prevent wildlife entry)
• Do not leave food or garbage outside (bears and animals may be attracted 🐻)
• Avoid using high-power appliances simultaneously in the same outlet (may trip breaker)



💰 Security Deposit

A $700 refundable deposit is required prior to check-in.
It will be returned after inspection, typically within one week, provided there are no damages or rule violations.

• No need to remove bedding or wash linens/towels
• Please check for personal belongings before departure
• Keep doors and windows closed when using AC
• Our family resides in a separate downstairs unit

While there may occasionally be brief drops in water pressure lasting just a few seconds, there’s no cause for concern—we also maintain an emergency water storage supply sufficient for up to two weeks. 😊
