The Space:

Spread across two levels, this modern townhouse is designed for comfort, style, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.



Ground Floor: A sleek kitchen flows into the open-plan living and dining area, with large folding doors that open onto your private courtyard — perfect for morning coffee or après-ski drinks. This level also features one comfortable bedroom



Top Floor: Two peaceful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, including one with beautiful mountain views — the perfect place to wake up and unwind after a day of adventure.



Comfort: Fully insulated and equipped with a heat pump to keep you comfortable year-round, whatever the Queenstown weather brings.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire standalone villa. Depending on your specific unit, you will also have access to an allocated off-street parking space.
