Guest access
Farm Maintenance: Nabiac Farm is an active, working property. All farm animals are securely housed in areas that are not accessible to guests. While we make every effort to minimise any disruption, our team will briefly attend the farm each day to feed and care for the animals. These visits are routine and kept as unobtrusive as possible.

Restricted Access: Guests enjoy full and exclusive use of the farmhouse and designated guest areas throughout their stay. For safety reasons, all machinery sheds, farm equipment, and stored materials are strictly off-limits.

Other things to note
Fire Season: Absolutely no fires are permitted during windy conditions or throughout the NSW Rural Fire Ban period (October 1st – March 31st).

Security Cameras: External security cameras are installed on the house roof and monitor the paddocks and front driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

Damages: Any property damage, loss, or misuse will be charged back to the lead guest.

Functions & Parties: Hens, Bucks, large parties, and weddings are strictly not permitted.
