Experience relaxed desert living at Casa Montero, a private La Quinta retreat set against the Santa Rosa Mountains. This spacious 3-bedroom home features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, a resort-style backyard with pool and spa, and seamless indoor-outdoor living just minutes from golf, dining, hiking, and shopping.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

Casa Montero offers nearly 3,000 square feet of comfortable desert living designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The open-concept layout features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and a spacious sunken living room with a fireplace, wet bar, and large windows overlooking the backyard and Santa Rosa Mountain views.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a large island, and a dining area perfect for gathering after a day exploring La Quinta.



The primary suite offers direct access to the pool and spa area and includes a spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Two additional guest bedrooms are privately situated on the opposite side of the home, making the layout ideal for families, couples, or group stays.



Step outside to enjoy the private resort-style backyard featuring a pool, spa, built-in BBQ, outdoor seating, and beautiful desert mountain scenery. The home also includes a 3-car garage, private driveway parking, and is located within the gated Montero Estates community.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.
