Welcome! My name is Jelena, and I have called Vancouver home for the past 26 years. I feel very fortunate to live in such a beautiful city surrounded by nature, mountains, and ocean.
I work as a hairstylist and have a passion for art, travel, and meeting people from different backgrounds. Hosting allows me to share my love for Vancouver and help visitors experience the city like a local. My friend and I recently refreshed and decorated the apartment with care, and we hope you will enjoy the space and feel at home during your stay.

The apartment is located in historic Mount Pleasant, one of Vancouver's most vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods. Just steps away is China Creek Park, featuring running and walking trails, an outdoor fitness area, a beautiful pollinator garden, and plenty of green space to relax and enjoy nature.
The area is family-friendly, peaceful, and full of character. Commercial Drive is within walking distance and offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, ethnic cuisine, local grocery stores, and unique independent shops. Throughout the summer, you'll find festivals, live music, community events, and other activities happening along Commercial Drive and nearby Main Street.
A few blocks away, at Dude Chilling Park, you can join outdoor donation-based yoga classes during the warmer months. The neighborhood also hosts a popular Sunday farmers market where you can enjoy fresh local produce, baked goods, and artisan products.

My condo is centrally located with excellent access to public transportation. The SkyTrain station is just a 4-minute walk away, and nearby buses can take you throughout Vancouver. Downtown Vancouver is only about 7 minutes away by SkyTrain, making it easy to explore the city.
Despite its convenient location, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and residential. Within walking distance, you'll find charming coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and local amenities.
The apartment faces east south and is filled with natural light throughout the day. It is exceptionally quiet, and in the mornings you can often hear birds singing outside the window.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and everything you may need to prepare meals during your stay. Complimentary coffee, tea, spices, and basic cooking essentials are provided for your convenience.
The space has been thoughtfully decorated with personal touches, including artwork created by myself and my friends. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a home than a typical rental.
Many of my guests have commented on how homey, comfortable, clean, bright, and peaceful the apartment feels. I hope you will enjoy it as much as they have.
