You will be sharing the following premium amenities with just one other upstairs guest:

The Living Zones: A massive open-plan lounge featuring a large flat-screen TV and a leather L-shaped sofa, plus a separate sunroom. There is more than enough room to relax without feeling crowded.

The Bathroom: Designed for shared living, the bathroom features a highly functional split layout. The toilet is completely separate from the main washroom (which boasts a glass shower, deep bathtub, and wide vanity), minimizing morning bottlenecks.

The Balcony: Step out onto the massive, fully covered wrap-around sundeck. It features outdoor seating and sweeping, uninterrupted views of the surrounding tree canopy.

The Kitchen: A gourmet space with a huge marble-look island, modern appliances, and bar seating.

Shared Kitchen Dynamic: Please note that while the upstairs living spaces and bathroom are shared only with the other guest, the kitchen is currently shared with the friendly property owner who lives in the separate downstairs unit.

BYO Linen & Bedding: To keep our weekly and monthly rates highly competitive, the room is fully furnished but does not include bedding or linens. You will need to bring your own sheets, doonas/blankets, and towels (mattresses and pillows are provided).

Quiet Hours: Because this is a shared living environment, we enforce standard quiet hours to ensure a peaceful space for everyone to live, rest, and work.
