Blending modern comfort with relaxed coastal styling, this inviting two-level home is designed for effortless beachside living. Downstairs, the open-plan living area centres around an oversized leather lounge and a wall-mounted TV, creating an inviting place to unwind beneath soft natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, generous bench space, and everything needed for easy meals at home. Share dinner in the dining area as the sun goes down, or take it outside to the covered patio where the sea breeze rolls in, and the gas BBQ is always ready for an easy evening with good food and good company.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat with their own TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite, while the second bedroom includes a king bed and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and built-in storage, creating a comfortable setup for families or groups travelling together. A spacious main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet adds flexibility for shared stays, while an additional powder room downstairs offers added practicality.

The private, fully fenced backyard offers a relaxed outdoor setting for slow afternoons, with plenty of space to unwind alongside a clothesline for drying beach towels and swimwear after days by the coast. A separate laundry area with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays, while central heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort. Garage parking for two vehicles is also available, alongside free street parking nearby.

Somerton Park is a relaxed, leafy coastal suburb sitting between Glenelg and Brighton on Adelaide's beautiful gulf coast. Just a short walk away, Somerton Park Beach is a quiet, clean stretch of sand perfect for a morning swim, sunset stroll, or paddleboard session. John Miller Reserve, right across from the beach, has BBQs, a playground, and an outdoor gym, with a coffee van that pops up on weekend mornings. Just a short walk from home, you'll also find the much-loved Beck's Bakehouse and Miss Banh Mi, a local favourite serving up fresh Vietnamese rolls, perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch. A short drive north takes you to Glenelg, home to the famous Moseley Square and renowned restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the beachfront tram terminus connecting you to the Adelaide CBD.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You’re welcome to enquire about the pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after your reservation is confirmed. Please note: the BBQ must be cleaned and returned to the condition it was in upon your arrival. If not, an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged after check-out.
