There is a single air mattress as well. The building is next door to the Ocean City Convention Center, plus a short walk to a number of dining establishments including the Dough Roller, Belly Busters, Seacrets and the 45th street TapHouse. You can walk a block to the beach or take a quick drive south to the downtown attractions like the famous OC Boardwalk, Jolly Roger and the Inlet. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. . Guest provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer located in unit for your convenience.
An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This property rents any 3 nights all season. Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
