You also have access to a shared backyard space to relax. Please note that there is no patio furniture provided at this time. Free street parking is available for your vehicle.

Private Unit: Your rental is a private apartment within a historic triplex. You will have your own private entrance and will not be sharing any interior spaces with other residents.

Historic Building: Please embrace the character of a home that is over a century old. While the interior is fully modernized, the building has quirks typical of its age, which are mostly visible on the exterior. If you prefer a brand-new, polished aesthetic, our home may not be the perfect fit for you.

Family Stays: Families are welcome! However, please be aware that the home is not child-proofed and does not have safety items like outlet covers or corner guards. Guests with small children may need to take extra precautions.
