Explore the many shops and boutiques for unique souvenirs and stylish finds. The beach is also within easy walking distance, allowing you to easily enjoy the turquoise waters and white sands. You'll find a lively atmosphere with plenty of entertainment, yet the apartment offers a peaceful retreat. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer, making your stay unforgettable.



Getting Around:

Getting around Paravian is easy! You'll find yourself perfectly positioned to explore Playa del Carmen. The apartment is located on Calle 34 Norte, making it easy to access local transportation. While the immediate area is walkable, offering access to the beach and Quinta Avenida, consider these options for longer distances. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available throughout Playa del Carmen. For those who prefer to drive, street parking is generally available, but it can be limited, especially during peak season. The ADO bus station, offering connections to other cities and the airport, is a short taxi ride away. The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive. Enjoy your travels!



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Paravian. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted to enter or stay overnight in the apartment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Before leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning and lights. Avoid using towels for removing makeup or sunscreen. Please report any damages or incidents immediately. Moving furniture without authorization is not allowed. We appreciate your respect for the common areas and the building's regulations. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area. Charges may apply for permanent stains on linens. For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity consumption is not included and will be charged separately based on meter readings at check-in and check-out. Thank you for your cooperation!
