Relax with the whole family at this peaceful stylishly designed two bedroom walkout basement with patio facing the Chestermere Lake.
It features an entertainment space in the living room with a TV and a gas fireplace, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooker and lots of cabinets with all you need for your stay, laundry with washer and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds. Each room is ensuite.
No pets or parties are allowed.

The space
The house is located 21 minutes from Calgary airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Calgary. There’s a Costco and Walmart store 6 minutes away, lots of other stores are within 5 minutes drive: No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Safeway, several restaurants and fast foods, as well as the beautiful Chestermere lake.

Guest access
Guests can access every part of the basement. Guests cannot access other parts of the house.
Access to the Lake is via the public access about 4minutes walk along the East Chestermere drive.
