Unlike any other estate in the Caribbean, Coral Estate offers four guest houses that are exclusively yours. Perched above a secluded beach with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, this private estate unfolds across three levels in the main villa and includes three beautifully appointed guest houses, making it the ideal destination for families, retreats, or special celebrations.



The Grand Villa is a three-story Villa offering four spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Every room boasts sweeping ocean views, while wraparound verandas, a dramatic spiral staircase, and elegant custom furnishings create an atmosphere of timeless island grandeur.

Outdoors, a private pool and ocean-view hot tub invite you to unwind beneath the sun or stars. Entertain with ease in the open-air dining pavilion with bar, a large commercial kitchen, and multiple living areas designed for connection and comfort. Stay active with a fully equipped fitness center and lighted courts for tennis, basketball, and pickleball. Media rooms, disappearing TVs, and luxury linens throughout ensure effortless indoor indulgence.



On property there are three additional Guest Houses: Bhakti, Chitra, and Ananda.

The names are infused with names and energy drawn from Sanskrit: devotion, brightness, and bliss.



Bhakti Guest House is a tranquil one-bedroom retreat that sleeps two, perfect for those seeking privacy and intimacy. It has it’s own entrance, path and veranda so, it’s a haven of peace and wellness.



Chitra Guest House, also for two guests, evokes sunlight and romance, featuring a honeymoon-style suite and sweeping sea views.



Ananda Guest House, the largest of the three Guest Houses, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a small family or close friends.

Throughout the estate, guests enjoy direct beach access, beach loungers and umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, outdoor grilling areas, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.



Whether you’re planning a celebration, a retreat, or a private escape, The Grand Villa Estate delivers the perfect balance of Caribbean charm and refined luxury.
