Mandurah and the Peel region are 30 minutes south.

The two homes are fully separated by fencing — your home has its own private front gate, front pergola, rear undercover patio, and dedicated outdoor space. The only shared element is the driveway entry, with parking for the main house strictly on the right-hand side. You will not share any indoor spaces, kitchen, laundry, or outdoor living areas with the rear guests. We mention this clearly so you arrive knowing exactly what to expect.
