Welcome to one of Parnell`s most characterful apartments — a beautifully elevated New York loft-style corner retreat that wraps you in soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and the quiet energy of Auckland`s most loved inner-city village.

Step through the door and the generous, light-flooded living space immediately sets the tone: double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows frame open views across the rooftops, while the high stud ceilings give the whole space a wonderfully airy, loft-like feel. The well-appointed kitchen is thoughtfully laid out for everything from a quick morning coffee to a relaxed home-cooked dinner, and the Juliet balcony is the perfect perch to catch the afternoon breeze with a glass of something cold.

Up the internal stair, your mezzanine bedroom is a genuine retreat — tucked away above the living area and offering real separation and privacy, so the bedroom always feels like a world apart from the open-plan living below. The apartment is warm, fresh, and immaculately presented — a true lock-up-and-leave city base that feels like home from the moment you arrive.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves — living area, mezzanine bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, Juliet balcony, and one dedicated secure car park in the undercover car park behind electric gates. The building is well-maintained and quiet, with secure entry.

The lounge also has a comfortable fold out sofa bed should you have an extra guest.

While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.

The Auckland War Memorial Museum and the sweeping Auckland Domain parklands are a short walk, as are the famous Parnell Rose Gardens and the summer swimming spot of Judges Bay. For gallery lovers and boutique shoppers, the surrounding laneways hold some of the finest art galleries and independent stores in the city. The apartments building does NOT have stairs, so you do need to walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. In addition, the mezzanine bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase — please be mindful if you have mobility considerations.

The apartment is double glazed throughout for year-round comfort. Street noise is minimal given the elevated corner position. This is a non-smoking property.

We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
