The Space:

Step into this pristine waterfront townhouse, where comfort and style blend effortlessly. The ground floor features an air-conditioned open-plan layout, seamlessly connecting the fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. Expansive windows showcase stunning water views, while a sliding door opens to a private patio, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing outdoors.



The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, and all essentials for easy meal preparation. Enjoy added conveniences such as free garage parking, wifi, and an analogue TV. Upstairs, discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms and one bathroom awaiting your stay.



Bedroom 1: A spacious sanctuary featuring a plush queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space. Glass sliding doors open to a private balcony, offering serene water views and a perfect spot to unwind.



Bedroom 2: Styled to perfection, this room is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe cupboard and a pedestal fan.

Guests will have access to the entire double storey townhouse along with space to park 1 car in the single garage. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

With beautiful beaches, parks, playgrounds, and walking trails close by, it’s the ideal base for relaxation and exploration.

This townhouse is ideally located for exploring Noosaville on foot. Nestled in the backstreets, it’s within walking distance to Noosa River, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and a Woolworths. Public transport is also close by, with bus services just a 5-minute (350m) walk to Gibson Road, connecting you east to Noosa Junction, or west to Tewantin.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



We strictly do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or similar groups. Please don’t request a booking if you traveling for Schoolies or other events.



Maximum of one car to enter the complex and park in the garage provided - unlimited street parking is available for additional cars.



No boats or trailers are to be brought into the complex - there is plenty of unlimited street parking available just outside.
