Downstairs:

The lower level features a cozy living area with a couch, TV, and heat pump, plus direct outdoor access. One side houses a bedroom with storage, a spacious ensuite, and TV. On the other side, two bedrooms each have two single beds, with one room offering a wall panel heater. A bathroom with a separate toilet is also located on this level.

Foyer Level:

This level includes a bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, along with a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs:

The top level is the heart of the home, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area complete with a TV, heat pump, and access to a balcony with outdoor seating. A second living area features a TV and gas fireplace, plus a separate single toilet.

- Master Bedroom: Queen bed (TBC), ensuite, walk-in wardrobe
