Chalet Panorama - Spa/Waterfront/Dock/Pool table

Welcome to Panorama, a creation by the architecture firm La Sève! Our stunning residence is nestled in nature on a vast private lot in Mandeville, in the Lanaudière region (1.15 hours from Montreal).

Located directly on the waterfront on a large property, the chalet features a private dock with access to Lake Deligny/Nazaire. Two kayaks (available starting Spring 2026) are also at your disposal to enjoy the lake, which is known for its tranquility and cleanliness.
Please note that the dock is difficult to access in the spring/early summer due to snowmelt and rising water levels.

The chalet offers 4 closed bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. It includes several amenities such as a spa, central heat pump, high-speed Wi-Fi, electric vehicle charging station, and much more.

On the main floor, expansive windows provide panoramic views of the lake and mountains. You will find a closed bedroom, a full bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large island, a beautiful central living room with a stone fireplace (firewood not included), and a dining area with abundant natural light.

On the lower level, you will find a second full bathroom as well as three closed bedrooms—two bedrooms with Queen beds and one children’s bedroom with three twin beds (including a pull-out trundle with a quality mattress). The children’s room features a fiber optic starry stretch ceiling, offering an immersive lighting experience.
A central pool table occupies the main space and will provide hours of entertainment!

Outside, there is a large sunny terrace with direct access to the spa (available year-round), a full patio set, and a propane BBQ (available starting Spring 2026).
You will also find a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs—the perfect place to extend your evenings under the stars!
At the entrance, the home is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station and two security cameras for your safety.

Lanaudière is known as a paradise for ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts, with several FCMQ trails just minutes from the chalet.
You can also enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing at Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing at Chutes-du-Calvaire, hunting and fishing in two natural reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve), and it is located near Lac en Coeur for trout fishing.

The chalet is also just minutes away from the beautiful Nordic spa Le Natur’eau and only 20 minutes from the municipal beach of St-Gabriel and the St-Gabriel Vineyard.

*Small pets (dogs 25 lbs and under only) are accepted with restrictions; it is important to add your pets to the reservation.

***Out of respect for the Deligny Lake Association, no personal watercraft are permitted.
