The property features three generous bedrooms, including a master suite with a balcony that doubles as a unique escape with its own sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or cozy movie nights. The additional bedrooms are versatile and kid-friendly, featuring travel cribs to cater to our youngest travelers, providing peace of mind for parents and ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Don't forget the rollaway bed, pack-n-play (Travel Crib) and highchair all provided for your stay!

While the home provides an array of excellent features, we like to remind our guests of a few logistical notes. Parking is limited, with one reserved space; street parking is available but restricted. For your security, we have installed exterior cameras; one is positioned at the front door, and another monitors the back of the home, overseeing the golf course landscape.

A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must exchange the gas propane tank if needed.

Pet Friendly! $50 Pet Fee (per pet, plus tax). Pets must be approved before Arrival. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the resort or amenities. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the property. The cameras do NOT face any private areas or inside the home.

LIMITED PARKING - only 1 reserved parking space. Street parking allowed in MARKED spaces, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
