Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the 1 bedroom unit. The property is within a building complex, therefore the swimming pool and gym are communal. The property enjoys Quiet time from 9pm overnight, so please refrain from using communal areas outside these times, and traffic to and from the unit after this time must be quiet and orderly.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
