The main living area is large and airy, offering guests room to move and relax with a 65" Smart TV and plenty of board games, cards, books and magazines to read and totally unwind. Guests can also escape to the retreat with its comfy, cosy vibe also with a 65" Smart TV to enjoy.

The main bedroom offers your own peaceful sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate in, while watching your favorite shows on the large smart TV together with his and hers walk-in-robe and ensuite. Two other bedrooms offer plush queen beds with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes. There is also two very comfortable single beds in the 4th bedroom that can be pushed together to make another queen sized bed. All beds are top hotel grade and made up with luxury bed linen and an assortment of pillows. Bath towels (excluding beach towels) are provided together with a quality hairdryer and luxury soaps.

The entertainers kitchen has filtered water throughout and boasts high quality appliances with a large Westinghouse 900 wide oven and induction hotplate, Miele dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso automatic coffee machine, large french door fridge with filtered cold water dispenser and automatic ice-maker for all your delicious cocktails! A starter kit of tea, coffee pods, milk, sugar, salt and pepper, oil, toilet paper and detergents for the dishwasher and clothes washer are supplied to get you through the your first days.

Both living areas open out onto a lovely undercover alfresco area with a beautiful provincial 8 seater dining table and new gas BBQ to cook up a storm and while away the evenings with family and friends. If you would prefer to go out, its perfectly located. Stroll to the beach front where you can promenade along the esplanade (or ride the two bikes provided) that will take you to the Yilki Local Store or the popular Beach House Cafe, or down to the end of the esplanade to the famous Whaler's Inn restaurant at the Bluff with it's magnificent sweeping coastal views over Victor Harbor. Just across the road from the house is Encounter Lakes where you will find small beaches, water sports, parks and the Boulevard Cafe. For those who enjoy a longer walk, there is a lovely coastal walk along the shoreline into the main shopping precinct of Victor Harbor with all the main shops and amenities,
