This home is located in Bear Hollow Village and offers its guests a complimentary pass to the neighborhood club house with fitness center, pool*, and hot tub. less than ten minutes from Main Street Park City, and within an easy drive or shuttle ride distance of wonderful Park City ski resorts, Park City - Canyons Resort being the closest ( less Than 7 Minutes )
For Summer time gateway, our backyard is open to Swaner Nature Trail Access along with short distant to multiple hike and summer activities.
Your Park City home come with two-car garage, with brand new washer and dryer, and enjoy a gorgeous view with your own private hot tub. Inside you can snuggle up by the fireplace and watch TV. that fully equipped with High-speed internet. In the updated kitchen, you'll have a keurig coffee machine, plenty of space, and a breakfast bar set for three. The dining table seats eight comfortably along with small balcony upstairs for some quality coffee time in the morning.
In this 3-bedroom, three full-bathroom home master bedroom with king bed, second room with queen bed and 2 twins bunk bed in one room and lastly a very comfortable pullout sofa (We even have 1 Rollaway Bed as a bonus). this Park City lodge can host up to ten guests!

Park City Summer Stay

We stayed at the property while our kids were attending camps. It was perfect location to enjoy hiking, fishing, the Olympic Park and much more. It was close enough to easily go to Salt Lake City. We liked the hot tub a lot. The host responded quickly to questions which we appreciated.

Great place!

Great location, well appointed, and very responsive host. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. It’s close to the Canyons resort. Easy to get to despite lots of snow. Driveway was cleared every morning. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Cozy getaway

My family and I had a wonderful weekend here here in Park City. This home was well equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The property grounds surrounding was gorgeous as well. It was close to shopping and freeway access so great location for all your needs. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

Awesome house!

This house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, huge well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great appliances and amenities, and tons of space for our family. True high-speed internet, which is great for a large family and working remotely. Great views, bike paths right out the back door. We loved it!

Great location but property needs some attention

The location of the property is terrific as was the communication with the owner. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely maintained. The problem was cleanliness with the house: For example: food in the fridge and cupboards was old - including many things with an expiration of older than 2018. We couldn't put anything in the front closet because so many things had just been thrown in there. The Vaccum cleaner needed to be emptied. Dirt and bottles under the pullout sofa and upstairs couch. We had to move things in the garage (including an old recliner) to be able to fit our two cars in it. And we saw at least two mice (caught one as we had to lay traps) - Understand mice with the cold weather - but no traps were set for us and if the property didn't have so much clutter - might not have had the issue. These issues can easily be remedied with some attention to detail.

Perfect Girls trip

7 of us stayed at this lovely property for a girlfriend retreat. The living area had a huge comfy couch and the kitchen had everything we needed, and more. The weather was unseasonably hot for September so the main floor was a little warmer but it cooled off nicely at night. One bedroom and bath was on the main floor and the others were in the basement, we loved that! All the beds and bedding were comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful. (This would be a great place to host a family too) We liked having the 2 car garage and 2 extra parking spots in the driveway since we all had to drive there from different locations. This home is close to shopping, restaurants and the Olympic park. Overall we loved our stay and especially our host who answered all our questions promptly!

Close to trails and shopping

Nice views. Right next to trails. Large kitchen with lots of supplies and condiments. Nice furniture. TV has basic cable and Bose sound.. Lots of road noise outside but inside perfectly quiet. Having garage parking was a plus. Owner responds quickly and easy to deal with. We’d stay here again.

Fabulous Summer Base

We came for a week with family of 6 (3 kids, 2 adults, 1 grandparent) and had a great time. This condo is definitely one of the best locations in the neighborhood with a lovely back view and access to trails. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and appreciate the lawn furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Also happy most of the bedrooms had blackout blinds since the morning sun comes shining in. The host was communicative but didn’t overly message and everything was as promised in the listing. Would stay here again.

Beautiful peaceful house

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for a family get together, enough beds and bathrooms to give everyone space and areas to interact and hang out. Hot tube was a wonderful bonus with beautiful views of the valley from the outside patio, balcony and hot tube. Close to Olympic park and a quick 10min drive to downtown park city. I would recommend this stay.
