Set across two levels, the bungalow features two bedrooms — one with a super king bed and one with a queen — offering flexibility and comfort. The property includes one internal bathroom, plus a luxurious outdoor bathroom complete with a rain shower and full-size bath, allowing couples travelling together to enjoy both space and privacy with a unique, spa-like experience. Please note the home is accessed via stairs and is not suitable for children and elderly. Infants are welcome; however, a cot and highchair are available on request only due to limited storage space.



The living area is bright and comfortably furnished, creating an inviting space to relax after a day out. Large windows frame the surrounding views and allow natural light to flow through the home, enhancing the calm atmosphere. Enjoy easy access to Booderee National Park for scenic bushwalks and pristine beaches, with shopping, cafés, and local conveniences just minutes away in Vincentia. A short drive to Huskisson offers waterfront dining, boutique breweries, and popular whale and dolphin cruises, making this an exceptional base to explore the South Coast.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited.

Outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late departures will be offered where possible.



> Parties, functions and gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?

Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There are laundry sheets supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
