Located in Takase, Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture, Riad Camellia sits quietly in a landscape where the gentle nature of the Seto Inland Sea harmonizes with the everyday lives of the people who have lived here for generations.

Our location offers convenient access to Mitoyo’s most popular attractions, such as Chichibugahama Beach, Mt. Shiude, and Takaya Shrine. It is also within easy reach of Kotohiki Park in Kanonji, Kotohira Shrine (Konpira-san), Manno Park, and Marugame Castle. Surrounded by peaceful satoyama scenery, it serves as an ideal base for sightseeing as well as a place to unwind.

The accommodation is a renovated traditional Japanese house, redesigned into a borderless blend of Japanese and Western styles. It features a spacious and comfortable living area and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to nine guests. Pets are welcome. The host lives in a separate house on the same property and is available whenever support is needed.

We grow pesticide-free vegetables on-site and value a lifestyle with minimal environmental impact. For breakfast, we offer a complimentary continental-style meal featuring freshly harvested vegetables, specialty coffee from a local favorite shop, natural yeast bread, and seasonal fruits from Mitoyo. Guests can enjoy a relaxing morning in the large dining or living area.
