The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and residential, offering a peaceful retreat while being close to everything. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just a short drive up the hill. In the summer, Hidden Beach and Sand Harbor Beach offer pristine lakefront access. The village center has grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and cafes all within a few minutes' drive.

Self check-in is available with a keyless entry code provided before your arrival. The property is located in the Country Club townhome complex — detailed directions and parking instructions will be sent prior to check-in. The main entrance is accessed via the exterior staircase to the second level. Wi-Fi network name and password are posted inside the unit.

Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony with bistro seating overlooking the pines. The main-level bedroom has a king bed with a brick accent wall and views of the surrounding forest. A fully renovated bathroom with marble tile, a soaking tub, rain showerhead, and double vanity is also on this level. Upstairs, the loft level includes a bedroom with a queen bed, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, and interior windows overlooking the living room below, plus a second sleeping nook and an additional marble-tiled bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The shared courtyard patio with outdoor seating is available on the ground level.

Incline Village is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, approximately 35 miles from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), which is the nearest major airport — about a 45-minute drive. A car is recommended for getting around the area, though the TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit) bus system provides seasonal public transit along the north and west shores. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive from the property. Incline Village commercial center with shops and dining is about 2 minutes away by car. The scenic drive around the lake on Highway 28 and Highway 89 provides access to South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, and other popular destinations.

Please treat this home with care — it has been lovingly renovated with high-end finishes. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors. Please remove shoes indoors to protect the hardwood floors. Garbage and recycling should be taken to the designated bins in the hallway area. The fireplace is wood fireplace— please follow the posted instructions for safe use.
